Customer Service Agent
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Agent to handle incoming calls from the comfort of their own home. The ideal candidate should possess excellent phone skills and be familiar with Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information and support to customers
- Lookup customer information in a spreadsheet
- Resolve customer issues or escalate to relevant departments as needed
Requirements
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Reliable computer and internet access
Work Schedule
The position requires availability four hours per day, Monday to Friday with some weekend hours as needed.
