A partner that due to the nature of their business, uncovers sales opportunities but is not directly engaged in the telecommunications industry. A partner that is looking to provide a broader array of services to their customers. The business partner may not necessarily have the skill set or the resources to support them through the entire sales process. A Channel Partner will drive the sales process with support from the Cooperative Communications, Inc team from start through implementation. A Channel Partner may or may not have business telecommunications experience.
A partner that has the resources and skill set to own the entire sales process with their customers.
